Obligations of

Meetinginnevada.com and its affiliate, Pushdate, are committed to providing reliable
internet dating services. To use these services, the user must have
the proper computer and software, in particular a recent version
of the Internet Explorer web browser, or equivalent, set up to accept
cookies, pop-up windows, and JavaScript. As for specific navigation
and instant messaging software provided by certain internet service
providers (e.g. AOL),
Meetinginnevada.com shall not be held responsible for certain compatibility problems
that may arise when using this software. Also,
Meetinginnevada.com and Pushdate shall not be held responsible for user error while
using the site, or other problems that are external to the site,
such as internet slowdowns.

Meetinginnevada.com registration is FREE. Most services are also FREE. The only service
differences between the free membership and our CONTACT+ service
are :
a) the ability to add more photos to one's profile (up to 6),
b) lthe ability to initiate a message or a chat session, in other
words, the ability to contact who you want, when you want. The table

Cancellation
Any member can cancel his or her own membership,
thereby removing his or her profile from the site. Simply click
on "unsubscription and suspension of my account" in the
"your account" section of your user page. The suspension
or unsubscription of an account will not result in any reimbursement
to the user for the remainder of a CONTACT+ subscription. In the
case of a serious violation of the rules and obligations set forth
in these General Conditions of Access and Use, Meetinginnevada.com
will cancel the user's account without notification or consultation.
7.
Recommendations
Using the internet and online dating services,
such as
Meetinginnevada.com , requires certain prudent measures. Even if you feel "confident"
at your first impression of a member, always get to know them better
in order to get a sense of their intentions before arranging a meeting.
